We provide maintenance services on chemical and oil tankers as well as
LPG carriers (VLGC).
After work is completed, we prepare and submit inspection reports and certificates,
as well as inspection reports and technical support to our clients, for

Dock work
1)Diaphragm pressure gauge accuracy test
We inspected the accuracy of a diaphragm pressure gauge with a pump, submitted a report, and provided technical explanations to the shipowner and crew.
2)Cargo tank level gauge, thermometer accuracy inspection
Cargo tank level gauges and thermometers were inspected for accuracy and the results were submitted to the shipowner and crew for technical explanation.
3)Cargo monitoring panel alarm system operation test
The operation of the cargo monitoring panel alarm system was verified, a report was submitted, and technical explanations were provided to the ship's classification and crew members for their approval.
4)Gas detector (fixed and portable) operation check and parts supply
・HC gas detector
The operation of fixed and portable HC gas detectors was verified and parts
were replaced, and a report was submitted and a technical explanation was
provided to the ship's classification authority for approval. In addition,
we have checked the expired parts of standard gas calibration kits and
gas detector tubes, etc., and have made arrangements for the parts.
・H2S gas detector
We have confirmed the operation of fixed and portable H2S gas detectors,
submitted a report, and provided a technical explanation to the ship's
classification authority, and obtained their approval.
5)Oxygen analyzer operation check and parts supply
Oxygen analyzer operation was checked and parts were replaced, and a report was submitted. Oxygen sensors are required to be replaced once a year, so we always replace sensors during inspections.
6)Fire detection system operation check
We checked the operation of all detectors and replaced parts of the fire detection system, and submitted a report and technical explanation to the ship's classification authority, which was approved.
7)Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system inspection
We conducted bottle calibration, alarm operation verification, and ventilation test of the carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system, and submitted the results and technical explanation to the ship's classification authority, and obtained their approval.
8)Fire extinguisher ignition
Powder and foam fire extinguishers were inspected and a report was submitted. We reported to the shipowner that the expiration date of the chemicals was approaching and that the chemicals needed to be replaced or renewed, and we arranged for new chemicals and delivered them during the dock period.
